    Telephone survey is a survey of respondents by phone on basis of specified form. We interview your clients as well as respondents not connected with your company.

    Telephone survey is necessary for collecting information about customers of any goods and services, researching public opinion, finding out customers' attitude to new goods or advertisement, etc.

    Subject of telephone survey could be different: consumer preferences, individual consumer behavior, social and demographical characters of customers, peculiarities of public opinion, advertisement retention, awareness of brands and their producers, etc.
